McClelland Barclay Vintage Jewelry Pin - 1940s smooth goldtone bow pin with pave clear rhinestones and ribbons of pave sapphire blue rhinestones. McClelland Barclay designed costume jewelry during the 1930s and 40s until his untimely death during World War II. Most of his designs of costume jewelry reflect the Art Deco period.
